This Privacy Policy describes how Flossys Building Services LLC (“Flossys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at https://flossysbuildingservices.com/ (the “Site”), including our project-interest quiz and contact forms.
This policy is practical website notice for a small U.S. custom home builder. It is not formal legal advice. If you have questions, contact us at the email below.
1. Who we are
Flossys Building Services LLC builds custom homes using a location-first approach: we help clients pursue a lot or existing property they want, then demolish and rebuild as appropriate for the project. Our Site is offered in English and Spanish.

2. What we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you take our quiz or submit a lead form, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, and phone number (required for callback routing)
- Project / qualification answers, which may include self-reported information about:
- credit score range (not a hard pull of your credit)
- closing funds / down payment readiness
- employment status
- income range or related answers
- preferred bedrooms, bathrooms, garage/carport
- project timeline
- Any other information you choose to type into free-text fields (if present)
We do not run a formal credit check through this Site. Quiz answers about credit or finances are self-reported and used only to help us understand whether a project conversation may be appropriate.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and related services may automatically receive technical data such as:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and general request metadata
- pages viewed and approximate timing of requests
- cookies or similar technologies used by the hosting platform (see our Cookie / Similar Technologies Notice)
We do not currently operate a known third-party analytics product on the Site (for example, Google Analytics). If that changes, we will update this policy.
2.3 Local storage
The Site may use browser localStorage (or similar) to temporarily hold quiz progress or lead-related data on your device before or after submission. That storage is controlled by your browser; clearing site data removes it.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry about custom home / buy-demolish-rebuild projects
- contact you by email and, where you provide a phone number and consent, by phone call
- internally prioritize or tier leads (for example, “call-now” style routing on our side)
- operate, secure, and improve the Site and forms
- comply with law or enforce our Terms of Use
We do not use Site quiz answers as a credit decision, loan approval, or construction contract.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to run the Site and respond to leads, including with:

Internal handling note (transparency): Lead information may also be reviewed in a local-only CRM / workspace on our operator’s computer. That system is not a publicly internet-accessible dual-write CRM.
We do not operate a known SMS / texting pipeline for leads. Unless you separately consent to text messages (if we ever offer that option), we expect contact by email and possible phone calls only.
5. Retention
We keep lead and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, manage an ongoing project conversation, meet legal or bookkeeping needs, or resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable practices for a small business.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small business website (including reliance on reputable hosting and email providers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not submit sensitive information we do not ask for (for example, Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or government ID images) through the Site forms.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You may:
- decline to submit a quiz or form (required fields are needed for us to respond)
- contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of lead information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification
- use browser controls to clear cookies / localStorage or block certain scripts (see Cookies notice)

If California privacy law applies to you and to us, you may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct certain personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by law. We do not currently operate a known “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” webform because we do not sell personal information; if our practices change, we will update this policy.
This section is modest “if applicable” language only and is not a claim of full CCPA/CPRA compliance certification.
International visitors
The Site is directed primarily to U.S. users interested in our custom home services. We do not claim full GDPR compliance. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.
8. Cookies, fonts, and similar technologies
The Site may use:
- cookies or similar technologies from Netlify (hosting / platform)
- Google Fonts (typography loaded from Google)
- browser localStorage for quiz/lead-related client storage

9. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact info@flossysbuildingservices.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or resources. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted on the Site.
12. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer privacy law requires otherwise.
