Every lot is different: its size, setbacks, slope, what’s underground and what the neighbors look like. We start with the location and build a home that fits it. On the Three-Story Custom Home project that meant a modern three-story home on the footprint of the house it replaced.

What’s included

• Plans drawn for your lot before work starts: plot plan, elevations and floor plans
• Foundation: forms, walls, slab and waterproofing
• Framing and sheathing
• Building systems and finishes, carried through inspections
• Exterior finish: siding, porches, walkways and the details that make it look finished

How we work

Work starts only after written agreements, plans and permits are in place. Pennsylvania construction is permitted and inspected under the Uniform Construction Code, administered locally by each municipality or its third-party inspection agency, so timelines always depend on permits and inspections as well as weather and scope. We don’t promise dates we can’t control.

We follow up by phone call and email. We don’t text, and we don’t approve financing; that’s arranged separately, outside this website.
