Location-first custom homes in Bucks County, PA

From lower Bucks County’s established neighborhoods to the lots people wait years to find, we help you build on the location you actually want.

Building across Bucks County

Bucks County is dozens of townships and boroughs, each with its own character and its own zoning, permit and inspection process. What stays the same is our approach: start with the location you love, deal with what’s standing there, and build a home designed for that lot.

Our current work is in lower Bucks County: Levittown Two-Story Addition, where a two-story addition is underway, and Croydon New Build, where plans are drawn for new construction on existing basement walls.

What to expect

  • We confirm which municipality governs your address before anything else
  • Plans drawn for your lot, then submitted for permits under Pennsylvania’s Uniform Construction Code
  • Demolition, foundation, framing, systems and finish, with inspections along the way
  • Follow-up by phone call and email only. We do not text.

Outside Bucks County?

We build in Pennsylvania only. If your location is elsewhere in the state, take the quiz or email us and tell us where it is.

Fully licensed and insured in Pennsylvania. Past projects are examples only and don’t guarantee future results, costs or timelines.

Croydon New Build

A corner lot in Croydon. The big shade tree is down, demolition is complete and foundation prep is underway. The plans put a new two-story section on the existing basement walls, plus a new one-story living area and front porch.
