Lot acquisition help: start with the location

Found a street, lot or tired house in a location you love? We help you look at it the way a builder does before you commit.

Location first, house second

Most buyers settle for whatever location comes with the best-looking house. We flip that. Tell us the neighborhood, street or specific property you want, and we’ll help you think through whether it can become the home you’re picturing.

How we help

  • Walk through the property with you and look at the lot, not the paint
  • Look at lot size, setbacks and what could reasonably be built there, subject to local zoning and permits
  • Assess the condition of the existing structure and foundation, and whether a full teardown or a partial rebuild makes more sense
  • Coordinate with you and your own real estate and financing professionals as you pursue the property

What we are not

We’re builders. We are not real estate brokers or agents, and we are not lenders. We don’t list or sell property, negotiate as your agent, or approve or arrange financing through this website. The quiz is informational only. Buying a property is your decision, made with your own agent, attorney and lender.
